Please Read Before Making an Appointment

(We know it’s a lot to read, but it’s important!)


Due to the popularity of Saturdays, we are currently only taking Saturday appointments by phone.

We allow online booking of appointments for first visit bridal appointments only. We are currently accepting appointments for confirmed wedding dates within the next twelve months.  If you are returning for a second visit, an evening wear appointment, a fitting or an accessories appointment, or your wedding is within the next six months, please contact your consultant or our concierge directly at 212-319-6778.


Please keep in mind that our selection of made-to-order bridal gowns begin at $5,000 and go up to $20,000 with the majority of our selection in the $7,000 to $12,000 range.  Our evening wear made-to-order gowns are priced between $4,000 to $6,000.


If the date and time you are interested in is not currently available through our online system, please contact the concierge at 212-319-6778 or to request to be added to our waitlist. Appointments frequently become available. You may also reach out to our concierge if you have any special needs or requests for your appointment.


We require a credit card to book your appointment.  A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged if you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time.
